360Basic reported that singer, Banky W and pretty actress, Adesua Etomi broke the internet with their engagement announcement on May 3.

Since then, Nigerian celebrities have been reacting to the news and now, Basketmouth has voiced his feelings on the matter. Of course, he made sure to crack a joke while doing it.

Basketmouth posted a photo of Banky W and made a joke about how his engagement news took away from fellow comedian Bovi's upcoming comedy show. He said: "Banky W, but you know we are promoting Bovi's show, happening tomorrow, why didn't you propose on Saturday? You distracted our hype man, not fair at all."

Adesua and Banky W have been engaged since February, 2017. They only announced it to the public on May 3.

"You also distracted people from Genevive's birthday yesterday, oya.....help us post Bovi show poster and also wish Genevive a happy birthday now! Or else!" Banky replied: "Lol, sorry sir."

It's nice to see celebrities supporting each other and it seems everyone of them is just so happy for the hot new celebrity couple.
